See My Skills
Unlock your potential and make an impact — join IICF’s mentoring programme to share expertise, grow your network and support future talent in insurance.
See My Skills Collaboration
Our aspiration is to create pathways into insurance that enable people with sight-loss to access roles and develop a successful career. We recognise there is tremendous untapped talent among people experiencing sight loss. At the same time, there is a significant and growing talent gap in the insurance industry.
To close this gap while creating social and economic benefit for people in our local communities, we’ve formed a steering group representing leaders in insurance and the sight-loss community. The group is led by IICF and convenes regularly to exchange ideas, share resources and deliver plans.
Read how companies are benefiting from this collaboration in an article by the Insurance Post.
