Mark is a widely experienced senior executive with a strong commercial, financial and operational track record, Mark joined Axco from SDL Group where he was Managing Director.

Prior to that, Mark was a member of the senior leadership team for LexisNexis Business Information Solutions – one of the fastest growing, highest margin business units in the Group – responsible for leading the Global Operations team.

Wendy Wilder

Executive Director
IICF UK

Wendy joined the IICF team as the UK Division Executive Director in June 2015. She brings 20 years of experience helping international companies and non-profits develop business strategies, improve performance and strengthen responsible business practices.

Before joining IICF, Wendy delivered business, corporate responsibility and community engagement strategies as Director of her own business, TTLG Consulting, and as a Corporate Advisor at Charities Aid Foundation. To transition to the field of Corporate Responsibility, Wendy advised small charities in England and spent six months working at the CSR Center in Dhaka to strengthen responsible business practices of large corporates in Bangladesh.

As Head of Corporate Strategy at AIG UK prior to this, Wendy managed the annual strategic planning process, advised C-suite executives on new business opportunities and led strategic projects to improve performance. In previous consulting roles in London and New York, Wendy delivered product strategies and change management programmes for multi-national firms.

Wendy holds an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University.
