Wesley Braga Silva is an ACCA-qualified senior finance professional with over 13 years’ experience across the insurance, consulting, and accounting sectors in the UK, Ireland, and Brazil. Currently Insurance Finance Business Partner at Aspen Insurance, he partners with Casualty and First Party senior leaders to deliver strategic insight, optimise financial processes, and support commercial decision-making.  Wesley has been working closely with charities since 2014 and serves as chair of Aspen`s UK CSR Committee. He is committed to using his expertise to support IICF`s mission and strengthen the industry`s impact in the community.
