Rishi Sumra

Rishi joined Enstar Group in 2023, bringing over 15 years of internal audit experience within the insurance sector, spanning Lloyd’s syndicates, general insurance, and life insurance. Rishi currently serves as Head of Internal Audit for the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Enstar, Rishi held several roles at Grant Thornton and KPMG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, a master’s degree in management and leadership, and is a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW.

Rishi is passionate about giving back and creating opportunities for others. Through IICF, he has helped champion initiatives such as celebrating the 10th anniversary of IICF UK, supporting education and inclusion programmes that make a tangible difference. His involvement reflects a commitment to driving positive change and connecting with like-minded professionals who share the same vision for impact.
