Emmy joined Falvey Insurance Group in January 2025 as Head of Capacity.  She has worked in the London marine market for 8 years, with roles in broking and underwriting.  She has helped coordinate numerous charitable fundraisers during her career, ranging from large dinners, quiz nights, to Christmas jumper days.
