Caroline is currently Head of UK Casualty at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) and has been in this role since July 2021 and has been instrumental in building out the BHSI UK casualty team.

Caroline has 24 years’ experience of working in Casualty insurance within the London market, for Company Markets such as Gerling, Ace and Chubb. She has a breadth of experience having worked in a variety of roles including retail, package, clinical trials, large Globals and Captives and even claims where her Insurance career began.

Over the years Caroline has taken on more senior underwriting roles and for the last six years she has been involved in a variety of management positions within the organisations.
