Amy-Beth is a senior executive and former board director who builds and scales organisations in highly regulated sectors. Her experience spans growth strategy, people, compliance, legal and operations.

She is currently Chief Growth Officer at SignpostMe, where she leads the organisation’s growth agenda. Her work covers B2B sales, strategic partnerships and expansion into new markets. Before this, she spent several years at the heart of executive decision-making across the Inchora and Signpost group of businesses. There she served on the Board of Directors and as Chief of Staff and HR Director, working closely with the CEO on M&A, investment and strategic projects and leading group-wide compliance, people and commercial functions.

Amy-Beth champions growth that puts people first, and she believes lasting success is built on great teams, strong governance and a genuine sense of purpose. She is delighted to join IICF as a Strategic Advisor and to help extend the foundation’s reach and impact in the communities the industry serves.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Brunel University London.
